Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Products are eligible for return or replacement provided they are in their original condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging as delivered.
Timeframe for Returns and Replacements
Returns must be requested within three (3) days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Replacements must be requested within seven (7) days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Requests made outside these timeframes may not be accepted.

Conditions for Refunds and Replacements
If the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description on our website, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
A full refund is guaranteed if the delivered product is completely different from what was described on the product page.
If a return is requested without a valid defect or issue, a deduction of 30% of the product price or a minimum fee of 25 dirhams (whichever is higher) will apply.

We are not responsible for personal expectations regarding product performance unless explicitly stated in the product description.
For validated defective or damaged items, we will arrange a replacement after confirmation of the claim.
